The Gilsum Recreation Commission is proud to sponsor another summer fun for Children up to age 12.
The Program:
Daily fun includes themed days, producing a play, sports, and plenty of outside activity.
The Staff: The 2007 staff included veteran Melissa Crotto-Young and two others who helped with the program. Becky Adams brings years of experiemce with children in both preschool and elementary school settings. Leah Kish teaches middle school science and has many years of camp experience. 2008 staff TBA.
Hours: New! Expanded hours start at 6:30 a.m and run to 5:30 p.m. to accomodate busy parents. The program runs from Monday through Friday.
Location: Gilsum Elementary School and Community Center.
Fees: $25 per week or $10 per day per child. Family discounts available. (Payment in full is required on or before the first day of participation). Make checks payable to the Gilsum Recreation Dept.
How to Enroll: Forms may be picked up at the Gilsum Elementary School or at R.J. Sports, Route 10 in Gilsum. The deadline for regisrations is May 25th.
Transportation, Lunch and Snacks: Parents must arrange transportation, as well as provide a lunch and snacks. Children cannot be dropped off early or picked up late as there is no supervision at those times.
